More reflections, improvements, stories, and discoveries to come, but I enjoyed week 1. I especially enjoyed week 1 compared to whatever “homeschool” was this past spring as Covid-19 changed everything. Charlotte’s Web, the parts of an insect, counting, place value, multiplication, field trips, nouns, the /a/ sound, tricky words, knot tying, painting our beautiful nature finds, and dinosaurs – we all learned something, enjoyed a new pace to learning, and had fun together at all our different levels.
